"Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. It offers a great mix of convenience, space, and essential services, making it a solid choice, especially for short to medium-length trips. Excellent Rooms: The hotel rooms are a major plus—they are good, spacious, and well-maintained. All basic amenities are available, including a full set of toiletries, which is always appreciated. The location is fantastic, situated right in the city center. It's only about 1 kilometer from the nearest metro line, making travel around the city very easy. The availability of a kitchen facility is a huge convenience, and the lift facility made accessing the higher floors effortless. The staff behavior was consistently good—helpful, courteous, and prompt. Secure Parking: Vehicle parking is available right outside the hotel as street-side parking, which is monitored by CCTV, adding a good layer of security. Flexible Payment: They accept both cash and UPI, which is convenient for guests. Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi is available, but it was unreliable and had a persistent problem with frequent disconnections. This was frustrating when trying to work or stream. Average Food: While the kitchen facility is great, the hotel's food service (quality and taste) was unfortunately average. It was passable but didn't stand out. If you value spacious rooms, a central location, and friendly service, this hotel is a great option. Just be prepared for potential Wi-Fi interruptions and consider dining out for a better culinary experience."

"Room and washroom was clean. No noise, nobody to bother you. TV, Wifi and AC works fine. Little parking with no charges. Overall experience is good for me. I would recommend this hotel for one day stay."

"Rooms are good having good interior but due to non maintenance things are getting worse. Receptionist staff and housekeeping staff need behavioural training. Food is good, Poor breakfast timings- take breakfast order after 8:30 and provide breakfast after 9 AM"

"Unfortunately I cannot help but say that the stay was very inconvenient and disappointing for me. I checked into fab hotels grand olive in noida sector 50 and was given room 06. It was so poorly kept, the bathroom had leakage from behind the toilet seat which I showed the manager but no action was taken, the toilet seat was not even clean, the exhaust panel was almost falling apart because of the rust, the room walls had seepage due to which in many parts the paint had swollen up, the bed sheets had holes, the pillow covers had holes and hair on it, the AC did not work and neither was there any remote to control it, when asked for the remote the staff reluctantly said, ‘ sir wo toh dhoondna padega’ and that search for the remote never happened. the geyser didn’t work at all, I was asked to call the kitchen in the morning for breakfast but the phone didn’t work so I went to the reception to give my order, I asked them for 4 boiled eggs and bread, after an hour the staff comes to me with 2 boiled eggs with bread and says, ‘ sorry sir 2 eggs hi hain’ when asked to arrange for more I got a reply saying , ‘ sir 2 hi eggs hain aap yahi khaa lijiye, eggs toh lane padenge’ so I asked him to arrange for it, but that never happened. When I asked the manager at night for a bottle of water to be sent to my room, he said a yes but that bottle never came back, when I went to check there was no manager so I had to call it via Blinkit. Overall it was a very poor experience with the most unresponsive and lazy staff.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"
